1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut marshmallows in half crosswise; set aside.2. Mix cookie mix and flour in a large bowl. Add butter and egg; mix until a soft dough forms. Reserve 1 Tbsp chocolate chips and stir remaining chips into dough.3. Shape dough into 36 balls and place on ungreased baking sheets.
4. Bake 9 to 10 minutes until edges are set. Remove from oven, press a marshmallow half (cut side down) onto each cookie, and bake 1 minute more. Cool 1 minute, then transfer to wire racks; cool completely.
5. Microwave frosting at 50% power for about 10 seconds until melted; cool slightly. Spoon frosting over marshmallows, allowing it to drip down the sides.
6. Let cookies stand 30 minutes until frosting becomes tacky. Add chocolate chips for eyes, orange frosting for noses, and a candy hat to each cookie. Allow frosting to set before serving. Makes 36 cookies.
